VISION
My vision is to welcome in a world where anyone who is interested can learn and embody key skills for working with moments of conflict and change in with one’s self, in relationship and with life, as well as gentle yet powerful nervous system regulation practices to allow for more ongoing personal and worldwide resilience, peace and wellbeing.
MISSION
My mission is to lead from experience and by example in matters near and dear to my heart. I’m excited to share with others the process and methods I’ve collaged together through my own challenges and studies with life, listening, conflicts, energetics, witnessing, relationships, emotions, action, intimacy, spirituality, rest, anxiety, flow, fulfilment, healing arts and wellness. My journey to arrive at bigger picture understandings has led me to become a venture guide, standing with others in the essences of the human condition, discovery, transformation, and balance restoration. I’m into keeping the vibe alive, through living an open-minded, heart-centered, and body-grounded lifestyle that's foundational for my way forward and approach to playing my part in shifting conflict and dissonance into greater alignment and more sustainable living and vitality in co-existence for all.
ROOTS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
I’ve gathered my years of experience in bodywork, personalized fitness training, subtle-energy relaxation work, and listening and communications through work in integrative wellness centers, spas, gyms, private practice, spontaneous daily life, and living and working with animals.
In 2023, I received the go ahead as a Reiki level II Practitioner having studied and earned Shoden Level I Reiki Certification and Okuden Level II Reiki Certification in Usui Reiki Ryoho through Santa Cruz Reiki Works. I also stay current with my CPR/AED Basic Life Support Certification.
In 2022, I went through a Conflict Resolution Skills Management course, and De-Escalation Training through the Conflict Resolution Center of Santa Cruz County.
In 2019, I because a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) cert #83059 through the 600 hour training program at San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork.
Prior to massage school I because a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association which I upheld for 6 years, and went through a 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Internship through Nourish, Santa Cruz.
Back in 2017, with support of friends and loved ones, I graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. of Kinesiology and Wellness Studies from California State University of Monterey Bay. I frequented the gym for Olympic style weightlifting, recharged in yoga classes and took a Question, Persuade, Refer Suicide Prevention Training course in support of being a mental health ally on campus.
In 2014, I got to live in Hawai’i for 6 months where I worked in a horticulture based farm-garden, getting to know the native plants and cultivating produce for a CSA Program. I've been a gardener, walked with dogs, and sat with pets and houses for 10+ years.
As a prerequisite to time at university, I earned an A.A. in Psychology from Cabrillo College, and back in 2011, I graduated as a Massage Practitioner from the 250 hour program at Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts in 2011.
Growing up, I earned my brown belt in Zen Bei Butokukai Traditional Karate, volunteered on a ranch working with Icelandic horses, practiced archery in my backyard, explored dance classes, and enjoyed riding my bike all over the town I call home.
